    I have to say paradox is strangely progressive with their representation of socialism/communism. Which is weird because paradox is extremely predatory with not only their dlc but also releasing half finished games

      I worked with some of them via another company and we had a few parties, half the team are hardcore marxists and the other half are checked out libs.

          Yeah somewhat. I get the impression that the half of the company that is not really that literate about the topics is fairly easy to pull in materialist directions because the goal is simulation in most of their games and that obviously has a materialist basis.

          Most of my interaction other than parties and exhibitions/lan events was through the CMs, they were good people which is not something I can say about many of my experiences with videogame companies.

      but really it’s probably just good writers & producers getting creative license but the money side of the house getting to make the printer go brrr

      I feel like the developers and marketing/sales teams are on opposite sides of the buildings and not allowed to interact.

      That’s most game companies though.
