Last night I tried my hand with cooking with seitan for the first real time(we don’t talk about last time) and it turned out pretty fucking good.

Made a quick marinade with soy sauce and some random spices and let it set for like an hour then just fried it up in a pan with some evoo. I think it went a bit overboard with the soy sauce because it was pretty salty but other than that it was kind of awesome.

I can never really get a good crisp on my tofu so this being a relative success made me happy.
