terminator was my go to for the longest time. Nowadays, I just use default GNOME Terminal. I just need things to work and not waste time tinkering.
I should finally setup RSS. Is it a pain to get it going for the first time?
love seeing passion projects made seemingly just for the hell of it
its a way for scripts or program to be portable and compatible.
Obsidian is sick. Its best if you know markdown (which is easy to learn). Instead of paying for Obsidian sync, I just use nextcloud to sync my obsidian vault across multiple devices.
This seems great for keeping up on your favorite blogs.
I just started to like GNOME. It used to be terrible and I’m getting to that phase where I just want things to work. Vanilla GNOME is good enough. Only thing I really change is Dock from Dash, where dock shows up on hover and hides otherwise. My opinion is that should be default.
pacman is so fast. I love Fedora but dnf is such a chugger
My two cents: Manjaro kinda sucks nowdays and ought to be skipped. Good amount of Arch alternatives.
I keep coming back to Fedora and I used to hate GNOME but I’ve learn to appreciate it “just working out of the box”. I used to be config tweaker master but now appreciate things just working for the most part without me touching it.
I straight up don’t understand how RSS works.
bitwarden and bash are def up there
I really hate working with wine. But for gaming, Lutris is great. Easy to run games from any store (Steam, Epic, GOG, etc).
