I’m just this guy, y’know?
In your interwebs, janitorializing things up and keeping the porns online.

Cool ranch flavor
I’ve used Hyperion for years and it’s been great. They have some features locked behind a couple bucks but it’s been worth it for me.
I don’t use folders in the list but it does appear to support them.
Maybe give the free one a spin and see?
Excellent choice

As someone who almost died from chicken pox at 20yo… Fuck yes.
Can we get some of this in the US please? And some sanity too?

Just to note, the dev has been really responsive to help any issues I’ve experienced. Xylight has been great.
If you’ve had bugs, have you thought about asking about them or trying to help solve the issue? Photon is obviously under rapid development, and it’s also pointed at moving targets… Lemmy and piefed both are rapidly changing.
I hate AI gen code as well, but I don’t think that’s related to things with photon.

Absolutely 1000%.
This was also the correct way to watch Breaking Bad.
Every episode an adventure in “how could this get worse?”… And every episode has another terrible decision.
I only felt bad about 3 moments in BB:
Aaron Paul did a great job of mental stuff after murder. Seriously.
Mike’s (Jonathan Banks) ending scene… I’ve not felt a line of dialog that intensely since. Art.
The pizza. Seriously. Inspired.
All the rest of the characters I actively enjoyed watching everything just fall the hell apart. I initially hated the show, but once I started just watching to see how much worse that car crash could get, it has some of the absolute best laughs.

Playing the games and reading the books… While hilarious, a big part is that they solve things in sometimes the worst possible way. You can be a bastard for the force of good… But still be a bastard.
Also, fiction, so make what you will.

Can I rent some space in your garage?

mmmm… this here… this gave me the lulses.
Sorry can’t caption properly one handed.
Nice!
Watch out for CPU and RAM gobbling… Jitsi’s GC process can make your video streams go sideways fast if you bottleneck it too much.
And even if things seem smooth, make sure you have SWAP space enabled somewhere! the JVM will murder your system before you know anything is wrong, and SWAP allows the kernel to compensate long enough to at least cry for help.

I still have a fully maxed out 68040 with the dimension board and display, long with the grey screen.
Everything for it except the printer (crap anyway) and the floptical (heads rotted and cap damage).
Love that machine despite shortcomings.
I’m probably going to swap in a bluescsi or similar here shortly to get something better than the Fireball drive I put in around 2002. Need to check the caps on the boards too for leakage.

This is so great. Thank you for sharing this!
Looking over that guide, it’s using EXT4 as the filesystem.
BTRFS has a bit more complexity, especially under EFI and with how it’s mapped in the GPT.
Check out some hints here:
https://superuser.com/questions/607363/how-to-copy-a-btrfs-filesystem
TLDR: you need to make adjustments on some of the IDs that are pulled direct from hardware, and update those in your init as well as EFI. btrfs-clone might be the best thing to start looking into.

I caught that too… maybe it’s in km/h.
Certifiable perhaps.

Along that line, I’d be self signing and requiring a specific client cert to allow connection.
But yes absolutely good point

All the examples in the spec itself are https.
Yeah but that’s not what I interpreted it as. OP might be using either I suppose.
Personally, hardware raid irritates me since recovery scenarios are harder to recover from without $$$. I’ve had more luck with mdraid recovery than several vendors of hardware raid.
I do think BTRFS is cool, but like at things there’s caveats.
