Do they hurt the backs of your ears? I’ve had some cheap in-ear headphones that also had curved plastic to fit around the shell of your ear for stability. I’d have to take them off after an hour or two in pain, but not because of the in-ear component.
I’m still using the 3a, but I’ve broken the screen at least 4 times. I’m clumsy, but I don’t think it’s just my fault? That screen is ridiculously delicate.
However, once cracked, the hauntings begin. There are touch controls attached to the display that go haywire, and it would cycle through clicking buttons like Russian Roulette: it called the emergency line twice while cracked, and would just power itself back on when I turned it off. I finally bought a screen protector and haven’t had an issue since.

DWI Airport (Baltimore/DC) has bathrooms with these lights too. Very useful.
They are buckwheat hulls. It would be disastrous to stuff your pillow or mattress with something mice find delicious.
Have you looked into mattress materials, too? I bought a latex mattress a few years ago, which is pretty good and should last, but I’ve always been curious about other options.

Please say it’s the hull. Mice would be living in my pillow if it were anything edible to them.
I’ve been using my buckwheat hull pillow for about 5 years, too, and it’s holding up great. I included a zipper when I made it, so I could refresh the stuffing, but I haven’t ever needed to.
I think they’re Japanese in origin.

Mmm food is delicious. I just ate a whole wheat sourdough pastry from a local bakery – it was a bialy with caramelized onions. A very perfect summer Saturday snack.
Running is surprisingly fun once you get in shape enough to enjoy it – and has an effect on what i eat bc planning to go running later in the day has a pretty big effect on how mindfully i consume. I can’t have a huge meal or chug water last minute and feel good while running.
I don’t smell stinkbugs, either… Apparently that’s also genetic.
But have you smelled ladybugs? Absolutely foul.
I don’t love strawberry jam, but on pb&j it’s the best.
I set a timer to turn it off after 45 minutes or so, but it’s much better than not falling asleep at all. And at 3:00 when I wake up again, I set another 45 minute timer. I’m not sure what the issue would be with my sleep when I’m only listening to droning voices. Maybe if the symphony snare drum kicked in it would be disruptive, but what I listen to is almost white noise with words.
I smoke weed to fall asleep nightly. That’s also very helpful.
I wonder if you’re just using different muscles? Like doing a bench press vs an overhead… I would have thought those were all the same muscles, but they are absolutely not!
