Twitter is the public bathroom stall walls of the internet.
I have zero tips for you, but I love this post. Why does his house smell so bad? Has anyone mentioned it to him? So many questions.
Dude. Same. I finally started making a 6 figure salary, and I feel just as broke as I did before. It sucks.
As someone who hasn’t sailed the 7 seas since PB and BitTorrent days. Is there a good guide on how to best utilize this now a days?
I literally pay for every single streaming service + YouTube tv and it’s ridiculous. Time to cut the cables again.
Ken Burns: Corruption. It’s a 12 part series that’s 150 hrs long.
Oh it’s the same here in the US. I had to spend weeks fighting with insurance that I actually was diabetic and needed it. It’s a “fashionable” drug so it was hard for the people who actually need it to get it.
Or just making a weird excited sound at a rally.
As someone who is diabetic, and took Ozempic, yea I lost weight. However I was visit-the-hospital sick for 5 weeks. Yes my A1C went down, but at the cost of not being able to eat, drink, or sleep for weeks on end. I will never ever take that medicine again.
I once had a roommate who was the messiest person alive. I was tired of cleaning up all his crap so I just piled it all in front of his door. When I came home, he had just parted it like the Red Sea and it sat there for weeks.
Is there another way than just going back and forth and manually putting them in?
Yeah, I used to love thrifting. Could find really awesome stuff for a couple bucks. Now it’s too trendy. They’ve figured out that people were buying it from them dirt cheap and then reselling it in their own “vintage” shop for like 20x the price. Society has even ruined thrifting.
Keep away from children.
The price of everything is unsustainable.
Let’s see those train pics, my dude! Let that conductor-freak flag fly here.
I feel like you should’ve told him that it was specifically due to the return to office policy. That way they could understand the effects of that decision.
THEY’RE TAUNTING AN APPLE BUYOUT
I am an account manager in the SaaS (software as a service) world. I’ve been doing it about 10 years now, the last 4 have been fully remote. It’s a really easy job for the most part, I mainly just watch movies in the background all day. You just have to be good at time management and talking with clients/running meetings. I currently make around 6 figures doing this job. The best way to get into this is not glamorous, but I’d recommend starting in customer service which I think is pretty much remote these days. You may also take a pay cut starting out, not really sure what it pays nowadays, but it’s the best way to get into doing it without having a degree.
