The people that handle the engine posting that meme on what is supposed to be an official website is bad enough, but i think they dont even understand why Fortnite and Roblox are popular, they are not popular because they are easy to use, they are popular because they are easy to use AND they are attached to two of the most popular and well known games on earth.

Please, i played the closed beta, the game is terrible, the only reason it has positive reviews in steam is because of the low playerbase that is fooling themselves because they purchased already. Just check the small number of reviews and concurrent players for a game this big. The main point to make out of this article is that most people already saw from a mile away that the game was terrible from the youtube previews and closed betas

Sadly its also going to steal the position of a lot of people on AA and middle to indie size studios that need to cut costs to actually stay alive. Obviously some studios will stay afloat without cutting people or going deep into AI content but expect that to the exception not the rule.

Second, there are other people doing way better job at expanding internet access to everyone, for example in spain: https://conectate35.es/ where they have internet for 35 euros a month, in any part of the territory with 100mbps download speed without needing to clog the space with new satellites for Elon’s personal reasons, without needing to be constantly building new rockets, without making the pockets of Elon even larger. That is something that is actually bringing internet to actual people that needs it at a reasonable price, with the state paying for the equipment and installation in most cases. Obviously could be even better, but its actually helping real people.
