On days that I know I will only join meetings and reply to mails, I just take my iPad to the office. Combined with a BT keyboard and mouse, plugged into the big screens (USB-C), it’s just like a full PC.
You can move windowed apps around, arrange them just fine, especially if you extend instead of mirror the iPad screen. But that only works with mouse and keyboard, not with touch only.
The latest was „Call me maybe“. I’m not mad, that song slaps.
You don’t have to use it, but aluminum salts are not really cancer-causing:

Initially, I was wondering about this. Like, my ship is moving forward just fine, what is this „use thrusters“.
Same for targeting, as the enemy ships were hit and destroyed without any problems.
I thought the same when i saw the earbug. It also looked similar, but I didn’t compare it to the movie version.
After unleashing my criminal side in Neon as drug manufacturer, gang member and whatnot, I was able to buy myself a nice Stroud Eklund for 100k.
It’s a master lock, but if you position your pointer just right on the gap between the glass case and the door, you access the mannequin without opening the door. It’s cheating, but why not …
I just did this, but cut myself some slack to make it easier:
I did some get-by jobs in NA, feigned interest in Vanguard for the signing bonus and now start my career at Ryujin (and might join a gang in parallel).
I‘m a fan of snitching the Mark 1 suit from the Lodge basement. Everything else gets then sold.
It just follows the general ‚suggestion‘ of gravity in Star Wars. It can be switched on or off as needed. Even the smallest vessels do vertical takeoff without any visible thrusters and in space your feet are safely attached to the floor.
After watching and reading The Expanse that has become very apparent.

Especially if you consider R2 as unreliable narrator that would explain his antics in Episode 1, 2 and 3.
Not really, if you’re in Barcelona.
Our accounts are the same age.
Yeah, I fully understand their benefit to make better use of renewable energy sources. But they are not net-generating power, so their inclusion in the graph is still somewhat misleading.
How are batteries generating electricity?
I think the premise of a „pixel“ being the smallest entity in software is not right. Rasterization, i.e. translating (actually reducing) a defined subset of the software state into a 2D grid of colored pixels, is only a very limited view on that software.
This might be the reason for the different answers we‘re getting here. Most aim for subatomic physics, it we could also go to light theory (photons and wave frequencies/resolution) and human retinas, general optics and electron microscopes, which again would end up at subatomic physics (you got my circle-train of thought here).
Playing through the Quake 2 Remaster with a nostalgic feeling. Now, having kids, I realize that I should not have had access to that at 13 yo. Distribution channels were different in 1997.
Someone convinced me to study computer science 20 years ago. The career possibilities with good money and easy work have put the rest of life on easy mode (for now). Even meeting my wife and having my family would never have happend without that decision.
