O that is a good one maybe there might be more didn’t think of that thx
Oh would there be any way to get proper Info as I want to send it back for a replacement or money back but need proof it is failing for that and as it occurs about once a week currently it’s not 100% of the time
I thought that would be it so backup every week currently but there are no smart errors. So it can’t be failing correct?
It looks like that is for data recovery but I haven’t lost data it’s just an annoying thing to save it on my other drive and then reboot and save to the original drive
Install medicat ultimate boot cd or something like that on it
It depends on where you live here In the Netherlands I use zoiper with cheap connect but don’t know if it works in other countries. I have tried free PBX I believe it was called and 3cx but it was kinda difficult to get working and understand so i didn’t get it working
One of the requirements is at least not going to be it. Old secondhand ThinkPads are a good option. To my Knowledge Minecraft in Linux was kinda a hassle to get working properly. But a old w530 for example is a good laptop that might be what you want but they are not ultra slim about 2cm thick
https://batteryuniversity.com/article/bu-808-how-to-prolong-lithium-based-batteries has a table explaining exactly what I wanted to know 10% discharge depth results in a larger total charge the battery can carry throughout its live than a 80% for example
I wish it was as easy as just buy $50 battery. But with a waterproof phone I don’t think waterproofing will be ip68 when I replace the battery and being able to just dunk my phone in water or run it under the sink when it’s Dirty is so freaking easy. I do find it kinda weird that you doing 80-20 made the battery worse I think it might be just newer battery tech/software but you saying that your new phone also has the battery degrade faster than your previous phone makes me wonder if maybe manufacturers are already doing 80-20 in the software maybe and mapping 80 to 100 and 20 to 0. And that charging it more often is worse than just doing 100% and charging it less. I think I am definitely going to need to setup some experiment to figure it out. And maybe going to ask honor for advice. Thank you for sharing this information.
this will require my printer to work(its a build in progress) but is a great idea i had not thought about this as i can do nice 3 dimensional tiles.
that one is an already existing company making google searches hard for a small company kool play on words tough
Arch Linux ISO
are you an arch user by any chance?
Ama
I am wondering is there any way i can add my own iso’s to a medicat drive? like is it just like the ventoy installer and can i than just use it as a preinstalled ventoy drive to put my own live iso/windows install media on it? or is it 1 drive only for medicat?
(btw i disabled my add blocker when reading your message about the only way to keep the site running i like this kind of hey i noticed you are running an add blocker kind of message and just wanted to support with adds)
Edit i found a typo on your site: https://medicatusb.com/docs/installation/supported-drives/ “We SRONGLY suggest” i think you meant STRONGLY
DBan
this is exactly why i posted this. I learned some new tool :)
Okey I see everyone telling me power will be 100w+ so I think I won’t do it as we pay around the 30-50 cents per kWh but I see why purpose made hardware is more expensive now
