If you look at this transaction purely removed from context, then you’re right; both parties agree to it and it’s perfectly voluntary. But to look at society as a whole, for most people, there is no way to survive except to enter into these kinds of agreements, which makes it in practice not voluntary.
Now, expected counter-argument: “But people need to work! Otherwise society wouldn’t function.” But the difference between capitalism and socialism is whether most people can work in democratic workplaces (where the workplace is collectively owned) vs dictatorial workplace (where the workplace is not owned by the workers).
