Can you post a screenshot or photo of your hamclock setup? There’s a lot but I think I’ve got it figured out.
Ham radio. It’s a lot of fun and has something for everyone. I like the outdoors, so I took my portable gear to a park and operated Parks on the Air today. There are all kinds of digital modes for people who love computers, there’s morse code, there’s using kites to hoist your antenna, hot air balloons, talking with the space station, etc. All kinds of stuff. If you’re the least bit nerdy, it likely has something for you.
Right. I wasn’t entirely sure if it was supposed to work on Kbin or not. Hopefully one of these days we’ll have a client!
Should it work with Kbin? I get a JSON parse error.

Wasn’t he a mod of /r/jailbait?
It has become that way in the US.
So the backend is coded in Rust? I’ve been learning the language but haven’t actually used it outside of tutorials yet. I’m experienced in C++ and know how to program so I may look into it while I’m unemployed.
Is there a repo for the userscripts?
Edit: found them! https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts?sort=created&q=kbin
I particularly like the kbin enhancement script by SirPsychoMantis
It felt good, right? I nuked mine today after a reddit user was an ass after I agreed with a sub mod on an extended blackout. This place is much cozier and you folks are a lot nicer.
I changed all my comments to one recommending Lemmy along with instructions on how to choose an instance.
Where I live, public transporation is unsafe.
I agreed with the mods in /r/gis that there should be an indefinite blackout and got downvoted. Some person even called me “fucking stupid.” That place is such a toxic dumpster fire. I’m happy for kbin/lemmy.
The tankie thing keeps pushing me away from lemmy, but lemmy seems to be the only software getting clients at the moment. So I’m torn. I want an iOS client badly, but I don’t want to support tankies.
I suppose I shouldn’t sell out for a nice app though.
