You’re right. That’s why most big companies tell people not to unionize, or that it’s not necessary. It means they can continue to pay people terribly and treat them poorly. Knowing it’s happening next door means less flight risk of those treated poorly.
Doesn’t that point to the need of better labor laws, where workers have more protection? I feel like that’s the only reason more people don’t stand up to shitty employers/bosses, and why it’s even a question in the US.
OCB’s in general have become my go to brand. The gum is better and more consistent than any other brand I’ve used.
Definitely ask the bud tender at your dispensary, and smoke small amounts at a time after trying the strain you get. Keep in mind that it can exacerbate things like paranoia and anxiety, so definitely try it at home before venturing out while under the influence.
Two things that will help bring you down are sweets and caffeine, so it’s a good idea to bring some chocolate/candy and coffee with you in case you get overwhelmed.
As a fellow home pizza maker, that looks great. What’s your dough recipe look like?
With a trophy that big, they don’t need to clean their room. Unless that’s a trophy for cleanest room
You remove it from my school.
@original2 wow that’s pretty.
The crust on this one was perfect, crunchy bottom that kept the slices flat when you held them, and a chewy texture.
@Chais I’m at 66.3 assuming my math is right for the starter. Yeah it’s high protein and fine grind. I’ve used a mix of bread and all purpose king Arthur, about 50/50 and it worked pretty well.
@brownpaperbag pizza night is always a good idea
@Boabab thanks. It was pretty good, the basil makes a huge difference.
@Chais I’m using this for the flour: https://haydenflourmills.com/products/pizza-flour. Otherwise just the organic white king Arthur flour.
@DrrringBat I’m using:
520 grams of flour
330 grams of water
85 grams of starter
The flour is from here, it’s pizza flour from a place in Arizona: https://haydenflourmills.com/products/pizza-flour. Otherwise I just use the organic white king Arthur flour. Cold proof for at least 24 hours, up 48.
@reversebananimals nice, it looks pretty tasty
This one was an “ultimate”. It had 4 cheeses, mushrooms, shishito peppers, onions, sausage, and the sauce was a blend of tomato achaar and curry sauce. Then topped with fresh basil.
@relative_iterator yeah this is one of the possible right answers. Clumsiness can mean that one side of your body is stronger than the other, doing basic stamina and strength training will reduce that. It’ll help balance your strength, and make you more aware of the size, mobility, and reach of your limbs.

@ShroOmeric
I think it’s fear of retaliation from the boss/employer.
