yes I know, I’m so conflicted about everything. also I’d prefer to long rent my house due rental crisis and housing “shortage” (so I can help a family with a fair rent) but I’m very worried about tenant not paying and/or not leaving. it’s my only house and I’d rather not becoming homeless because of dishonest people :/
