As an American, the churches here are pooling resources to buy politicians and hospitals in low income areas to enforce their views on abortion and gender healthcare. The church is a business and religion is the advertisement that keeps that evil funded.
I’ve never seen the amount of pro religion comments as I’ve seen in this thread. And they’re all so… coughGPTcough ….verbose.
You know the kind of guy who does nothing but browse the internet and then wonders why his life sucks? One by one I’m gonna make up for all the grass I didn’t touch.
Love the animals cover. So many little sheep. Are the first 2 from who’s next? lol. I hadn’t thought of using album art for img2img, I’m gonna have to customize my playlist covers
They gotta put the new Z body on an electric base. I’d trade up
Why a penny? Did you put a penny in this door? If I find a penny in this door I’m taking you down.
I understand your point. It’s just good to highlight the things that make these groups oppressed. For the hypermasculine it’s anything that hurts their little feelings, and for trans people it is actual real persecution. And only one of these groups goes around screaming about the victim complex these days 🙄
Hypermasculinity’s “oppressors” include flowers, rainbows, other people choosing to wear dresses, a functioning government, and welfare.
Trans folks oppressors are the hypermasculine.
So suppressing the next big competing technology just put their company behind after it became ubiquitous? Is there a lesson to be learned here? I don’t have time to figure it out—somebody’s gotta mine all this coal.
you won’t be drowned out by the 2.7K+ tounge in cheek one liner comments because everybody is a comedian on Reddit.
But doctor, I am pagliacci.
Right there with you. I use —reddit— lemmy on my phone on the go. I want a button in a consistent place that opens it quickly.
I open my browser, oops I was looking at another tab I’ll just go through my tabs to find the specific website I’m looking for this time. At that point the browser is just its own app picker inside of another app picker. I have even added links to my Home Screen as well, but I’ve run into many issues with opening loads of dupes and clogging up my tabs. Maybe browser works in a perfect world (or even just a world where I save links in pocket or something instead of tabs idk) but it kind of just seems like an app browser with extra steps. Browser elitists do themselves no favors acting high and mighty about literally just not having an app? About saving 70MB like it’s 1999? Idk it’s a dumb argument. Everybody’s solution works for them.
Yeah the rubber fell off of one side immediately. And opening it up to try and fix it was a hassle. From the article activist shareholders forced them to work towards right to repair, but if they don’t switch to Hall effect sensors it’s really just forced to repair. Potentiometer controllers have a forced shelf life, and controller manufacturers are fine with that. Now they’re just making money selling the parts too.
With how quickly my elite series 2 fell apart, I’m not sure they can get any cheaper.
Maybe it’s on me for thinking it would be more cod like and less l4d, but it just wasn’t what I was expecting going in. Plus the audio was a complete sensory overload and I couldn’t pay attention. I need my games to shut up for a millisecond here and there.
And no Easter eggs.
Is it not enough that epic stole dead island? Now they’re gonna keep dying light forever too. And Microsoft controls COD. The zombie game craze finally died down and these big corpos bought up all the winners. Makes me wish killing floor was fun.
Proceeds to write a whole comment about how not offended they are actually. Cali is an incredibly common shortening of the most populous and one of the most talked about US states. It’s also common in American media, which in my experience many foreigners consume. American media that was probably made in Cali. I think they could just chalk this up to a regional misunderstanding and forget it, unless it is just an easy way for them to start arguments with Americans. I’m just surprised it’s not Europeans this time, I thought they had it trademarked.
What a coincidence, I just got into Tunnet the other day. It’s an amazing game. I can’t believe how smoothly it runs and my network’s at 180KB/s. IDK anything else in bevy though, I just heard of it through Tunnet.
