I assume so, it takes constant effort and practice to be able to do it at all though, that was over 10 years ago now when I was in my first year at university, I haven’t had the time to dedicate to it since 😅

I’ve only managed it once, flying around a featureless void, exulting in the feeling of control. Then a fistfight, again with a featureless opponent. It felt like controlling the dream to that extent and not waking up took a lot of brain power

What if the ads are optional, they’re turned off by default, but if you can’t afford to donate but still want to support you can turn them on for yourself?

I’m on atomoxetine at the minute, plus I have stimulants for work. Honestly give the atomoxetine another go, I had mad anxiety for a couple days and then it calmed down and went away, doesn’t come back now. To answer your question stimulants, for me, are incredible. They don’t completely fix the executive distinction but they make it a hell of a lot easier to deal with. The atomoxetine helps a lot too, but it isn’t as powerful as the stimulants (but it also doesn’t run out and leave you with 0 ability)

I meant to try them, and if they’re not a good fit for you then drop them. If you don’t like neuroactive meds though then there isn’t really much of an option outside of stimulants. Personally I’ve had a really good experience as it works 24/7 so I still have motivation to do things after work, Vs crashing completely
