Ditto :o
But you can do it better the second time. Also you can be rich if when you turn 18 you invest in things you know succeed like Apple, Microsoft, amazon… granted I dunno how young you are, but I’d be going back to the early 90s, and could invest in stuff in the early 2000s
I mean, I say gimme a glass of h2o. I mean… I know it’s the atoms but it’s kinda a nickname.
Ah… familiar trap running. I am familiar with this sport.
I as a noble woman human arcane archer went into a bar where a barfight had erupted between goblins and human. 8 used all my multitarget ages to kill all the goblins, sparing the humans. I was immediately put in jail and they laughed at my ‘goblins aren’t people’ defense. I out of character knew this, and knew it was only in this campaign for the day and not the long term. I myself have played a goblin bard and it’s one of my favorite characters, this role-playing was all in good fun. I long ago abandoned races being inherently evil, but every now and then it’s fun to play characters with those racial prejudices. (That is to say I think all racism is bad but acknowledge racial stereotypes are a thing and people hold biases and I try to make my characters true to life and definitely not all my characters are asshats like this)
So true. I just typed up several paragraphs to someone who asked if I played a game.
Wife and I were just talking about thr rise of D&D and the isekai genre in media and how overly popular both are right now. Like, seriously anywhere is better than planet earth right now.
Whoops. My bad. Well my top board game pick is Gloomhaven. I even bought it, and my friend bought the stickers and we were gonna play it but instead she just played it with a different group and I never got to play it, even though I payed for it, and not too long after we had a falling out and I find it hard to justify spending another $100 on it.
Persona 5 looks amazing. So does dragon quest 11. I must play all games In a series in order. Its… and autistic thing I think but like, I really can’t bring myself to play a game if I haven’t played the previous… so persona itself was a spin off of the main shinmegami tensei series, which itself was a continuation of the megami tensei games. I played and beat megami tensei 1, megami tensei 2, and am currently playing shin megami tensei. The original persona was a bit hard to get into but now that I’ve played the predecessor I’m looking forward to playing it properly after I finish shin megami tensei 1 and 2, I think that’s about the time persona started. Shin megami tensei 3 nocturn also looked cool and I’ll be ready to play that one as well after SMT2. Soul Hackers 2 looks cool too but I have to play devil Summoner first which doesn’t have an English translation, so I’m having to play it with Google lens which is slow going cause my Japanese isn’t really that good.
I’m also a completionist… playing dragon quest 5 currently and I’m in the final dungeon and only have TWO monsters to catch but goddammit the Hyperanemon just WILL NOT JOIN ME. I’ve spent something like 12 hours trying to get him. Probably more. I sat on the entire plane ride from Baltimore to LA for 5 hours grinding the same battle over and over and didn’t get him, and also watched several marvel movies. Frustrating… but everything I think, just go beat the game and move on, I’m like, but this is the second to last monster and I’ll have them ALL.
Edit: God I wasted so much time. Thinking about it again, I did a search and found out you can’t catch the Hyperanemon on Mt. Zugzwang, only in the post game dungeon. Fml.
Nah people in the US are just selfish as fuck. Sadly it’s the culture. Go somewhere like Japan where the culture is in favor of society instead of the individual and you’ll find nearly everyone vaccinated.
Solar batteries? Either that or they hook it up to a charger when they’re in town.
My wife is the opposite, every time I see her start a new character she murders us at first opportunity, not even for xp just to not suffer an intellect devourer to live.
And if you are anti-Us, Us and the other intellect devoured give xp if you either fail to lobotomize Us or recruit Us and straight up attack the other intellect devoured and Us will turn on you.
After the crash kill the mind flayer. While leaving it to die is certainly a dialogue choice, only ending its suffering gets that sweet 35xp.
Shillelagh finally got its well needed buff though
Similar, I bought a pair of Bose earbuds 8 years ago. My dog gnawed on one of the earbuds when he was a puppy. 8 years later they still work and I still use em. Granted, only mobile device I have now with a headphone slot is my steam deck. Used to use them for my phone but they weirdly stopped making phones with headphone jacks.
Certainly when I was younger that was absolutely the case. I like to think now that I’m older I’m a little more of a free thinker. But ads? Specifically targeted ads? I don’t stand a chance. If I see a game on sale that I’m mildly interested in or a new D&D source book that sounds cool I will buy it without regard for if I need that money for something else.
If only life were that interesting.
How the f do these people get off saying straight people are oppressed. Besides being the vast majority, without straight people our species would die… like, who is that dumb to believe this horseshit?
Like… there’s such a thing as comments my dude.
