If you live in the US probably not.
If you live in the US probably not.
Why do you think manufacturing is coming back? It looks like the auto industry is on a full frontal attack from the Chinese brands and is losing ground globally at a frightening speed, amongst other industries that have been obliterated by China. I can only see the IT and laboratory industries holding their ground.
Because they have nuclear weapons. Imagine the disaster of the Vietnam war, but with a couple of USA cities obliterated by nuclear warheads.
As always, most of the world is not doing better, but some of it is doing great. I choose to be part of the latter and be an architect of the future regardless of how big or small my contribution will be.
Very cheap chips coming in 10, 9, 8, 7…
Well, the ones doing it are the boomers. So if we wait until all of them are gone then we will never have age reversal.
The only reason all that industry exists is because the government keeps devaluing and taxing our savings. The day we create an asset with easy transactions and that doesn’t devalue, with ease of exchange, they’ll be out on the street.

The only reason I’m still on windows is because of Microsoft Access.
The silver lining is that sooner or later China will develop their own machines and we will all have 50 bucks Ryzen 9 chips on AliExpress.
Has anybody thought about making flying a good experience? I used to travel a lot before 9/11, after that it was once or twice a year and mostly one or two weeks, then COVID hit and everything stopped. After COVID, every trip has been a nightmare where absolutely no one is responsible for anything. Traveling is not for me anymore. Maybe in the not so distant future it will get better.
Who the hell still scans documents with a multifunction printer. There are multiple apps on your phone that do that a lot better!
Well, that explains a lot. Samsung is in bed with telcos.
That’s ridiculous. SF is not car free at all!
