My first thought was people giving birth to unplanned babies since October is 9 months after Valentine’s day.

Ya CO2 is basically the feeling of normal suffocation. Might as well hold a plastic bag over their head.
They could keep all of those features and then just have an override button to turn all of the features off for those who value their privacy.
Google maps just removed one of their tabs on the bottom where it was one tap to start your commute to work if you were at home or to home if you were at work.
Used it twice a day every day and then all of a sudden it disappeared. Now i have to search for my home or my work and press it, then hit start navigating. It’s only an extra button press but when you do it every day and there was a better way before it gets super annoying fast.
It’s only a matter of time before Google doesn’t give you directions for the shortest and most efficient route, but rather plans your route to send you past the stores that pay the most in advertising.
“You could get to your destination by going down smith street fastest, but Glover Street has McDonald’s so we will send you down that road”
It shows little popup logos on the screen where the places are located, like a McDonald’s logo a few street over as you are driving by in your commute. I had it show me a Toyota logo for a Toyota dealership yesterday. Like, why do I need to know there’s a Toyota dealership there unless I’m specifically searching for it? Toyota probably paid them to show up a certain amount of times.
That’s what they said… It’s semantics. People associating “time off” with holiday for no reason when they don’t mean the same thing.
Defending yourself should be things like building up border fences and increasing border security. Not invading another country and shooting people.
Definitely looks like conifer bark of some sort. Not many non-conifer trees in the pnw.
What is it about conifers that makes the mushrooms not edible?
I don’t even understand why I need to make a password for some sites anymore. They send a code to my phone everytime.to make.sure it’s me so it seems like there’s practically no point.
I can see why they no longer call it a planet, what’s the cutoff for asteroid size?
Because that’s where they trick you. They sell you something as if it’s a good deal when really it’s not, and they make a ton of money by selling the same thing to 50 other people.

“LOOK AT THIS ODD COLOURED BEAR POOP YOU TOOK A PHOTO OF 3 YEARS AGO”
Hammas must have like 1000 bases of operation all in schools, mosques, and hospitals.
A base of operation must be one guy talking with a civilian.
You need to book it because you are not the only person who “owns” it. Many people do, and usually you can only book like 1-2 weeks a year or something.
Despite paying the full price of an apartment you’re only really buying 1/52 of an apartment
Plus they have you pay a bunch of maintenance fees which can be a few hundred to thousands a year.
The US should have a policy like NATO where they don’t provide aid in aggressive wars, just defensive… But alas it’s the US they want more war.
Hot dogs and Burgers
I’m more interested in how long before we freeze to death.
How long will the earth’s atmosphere hold onto its heat?
It would be so cool if humans were like 50% our current size. Same proportions and whatnot, just smaller everything.
Could make farmland and resources go so much further. So many less trees to build a house, or space to build a neighbourhood and road network.
Where I am from, farmland is cheap because of restrictions that prevent development or building on the land to preserve the areas ability to produce food.
But this doesn’t prevent the building of greenhouses, since it’s considered agriculture.
This results in many hundreds of acres of perfectly fine agricultural land being dug up and covered in gravel and concrete to build greenhouses.
It would be the same for vertical farms I imagine.
