All I can think of is battery life may take a hit. OSX is incredible with battery life.
That said I get decent battery life on Linux. 9 hours idle or light use…maybe more. Not sure yet because I just replace the battery.
I am super not buying a device from Google. The company that sells user data and that has a record of killing products. They basically bricked my pixel and took so long to fix it I had to get a new phone. Yeah not doing that again.
It has been a few years since I checked but I remember manufacturers were really stingy about firmware updates. Is that still an issue?
I have a cat, two dogs, married, high paying 30 hour a week job, no debt, several good friends, tight family. Still net negative.
My experience has been a net negative and I don’t event have it that bad.
What do they taste like?
Why would a company provide a free service like a proxy?
I wouldn’t trust any company that claimed they did.
Go outside. Pet an animal. Play in the snow if you have any. Get coffee with a friend. Etc.
Okay FORTRAN is not that bad.
I was hoping this would be from a time before metal should have existed. Like 9000BCE but in fact it isn’t interesting at all.
It will just stay at 100% then unfortunately. Just too much going on for a single core.
Why just 1 core?
I used this app for a few months and it works pretty well except for sending media. Understandable and all but that’s a large party of communication these days so I had to use something else for now.
I have my eye on simplex, berty, and meshify. Simplex being the most mature.
More like between thanksgiving and the near year.
As weird as it sounds I use Edge for things like that. It keeps me from accidentally using the same browser for other tasks. Because I instantly know I’m in the wrong browser if I’m doing other work.
That’s enough separation for me.
OH yeah…
100TB, external enclosures, no backups 🤔 I would pickup a used storage server with a lot of drive bays from eBay. The external bays seem attractive but I’ve never heard good stories about performance or reliability.
It’s wild but in 4 years I stopped being able to afford the house I live in. It went from fine to insane.
This bubble better pop.
