Lmao i bet he was like “fuck those phone companies”
Hi, there!
💆
I was born in 1989, so I am an ancient grandpa and demand respect for my lawn. (/s ya right like I own a house)
(P.s. I am not a sexy hairy ripped daddy bear, but I do own a cat named Tammy 🐈⬛)
Lmao i bet he was like “fuck those phone companies”
You realize 31 year olds were only 10 when YouTube came out? They have lived nearly their whole lives with it. Why do so many people under 30 think anyone over 30 is 50 years old?
You don’t need to be in a relationship, don’t feel pressured by friends & family.
How can i tell this to bills?

This whole thread is a hoot
Thank you
Do you have a good source for this? I lean towards that opinion as well, but i don’t have any direct sources.
So you don’t think a rich person can use their money to shop around for sketchy psychologists? You don’t think it’s possible that Munchausen syndrome (something science has proved exists) could be becoming more common? Why did you even state things that are scientifically provable are valid? Duh. Things that aren’t scientifically disproven are also invalid, in case anyone else wanted another useless reminder to up vote.
Thanks for not immediately jumping on my back about it and down voting. I’m certainly not saying that there’s no scientific validity to mental disorders, that’s absurd and definitely not the take I have and I feel like taking that impression from my original comment is almost willingly misunderstanding what I was trying to say.
I used to think this, but I think the new posh astrology is mental disorders in general. It costs thousands of dollars to get professionally assessed, whereas MBTI is a free quiz online. Crippling anxiety, depression, OCD, panic attacks, etc., are the new ENFP
“Brushing” scams seem way too common and easily executed through Amazon in order for them to not be turning a blind eye about it, imo. My mom was sent random LED lights for months through their return program despite never ordering them or hardly using amazon at all before she figured out what was happening. It feels like at least 5% of all my purchases come with a policy breaking email from the seller contacting me asking me for a five-star review in exchange for a free gift. Or even just contacting me 6 months later from a totally unrelated purchase and offering me a gift for no reason in exchange for a five-star review. Oh, they’ll sure reimburse the money it costs to buy it! Because they really just want that five-star review! And Amazon seems to be happy allowing five-star reviews for products that are given away for free and even has a tag to let other users know, but just this method is frowned upon? I doubt it.
I wish i did more ☹️
The ignorance is loud in this post.
These arent teenagers. These people are paying mortgages and buying food for their children. And you call it a choice. What’s the other option? Because if you say Twitch (literally the only option), no. Twitch isn’t fantastic either, and also has ads, and only last year dropped their creator revenue from 70% to a 50/50 split!
Same. Have honestly enjoyed my YouTube subscription. Combined with the extension to bypass in-video ads, i basically never get marketed to on YouTube, and some of my money actually DOES go to creators. I think it’s more worth the money than Netflix, at least. It’ll be the last subscription I get rid of.
This honestly blows my mind.
Nice whataboutism!
I wasn’t offering that as evidence that they were responsible for the Holocaust, I was offering it as an example of their close ties with the church. Unless you think they just became buddy buddy with them after the war ended? Considering we’re only just learning about the large part they played helping these criminals escape justice, it might not be so far fetched of an idea that the Catholics had a larger role in the Holocaust than we know.
This picture always makes my brain automatically play the internet video where Julia Roberts is animatedly laughing over the photo with a talk show host, and then I get annoyed because that clip was really annoying.
Edit: https://youtu.be/Ld-aisAWtmw
Oh yeah it was on Ellen! Now I remember why it was annoying.
Dang, sorry about all that. “More months left at the end of my money” really hits home for me, haven’t heard that expression before.
The only reason I’ve just been able to get by is because of friends and family, if I had any smaller of a safety net of people that care about me I would absolutely be on the streets. I’m not sure where you live, but the number of beggars has skyrocketed around me, and it’s not dirty crazy homeless people that just need help in general, it’s regular people out of work that are just trying to get money to pay their kids. People are selling 10$ roses on the sides of the highways to try to get by. There’s no affordable housing for anyone and the best jobs available still don’t pay much more than 50K a year. My boyfriend is a fully licensed mechanic and has about as much money leftover each month as a fast food worker in the '90s. Pays $1,400 in rent a month just to have a place to live (475sq ft), which is often nearly half of his income for the month.
I didn’t mental ramble so much with all those complaints, I think it’s just baffling in mind blowing how bad everything is and how little politicians and even companies seems to be noticing or caring about it. Citizens need money to give companies money. Eventually if people are only buying their necessities, companies won’t be able to make money. It just seems so unsustainable and I don’t know why more alarm bells aren’t being rang.
I have had nothing but great experience from Parsec. It’s gaming intended, but works perfectly for simple remote desktop use as well. Very low latency. Can start when windows boots, so you can even sign in remotely if you need to restart. Free
