You can’t say I don’t know enough and then critique a system.

My biggest complaint is that, I wanted to start fresh with the dlc, but everything starts out at lvl 60ish. There’s no catching a “starter” and evolving it. It’s already leveled up.

Just look for any pre-built deck. Most have basic strategies.
