IVE back on their bop shit, I love this song already. For me, they’re putting together a discography of songs that have some of the best grooves, with an unforgiving driving bass line that I adore.
Leeseo is really getting my attention with this music video with her presence, and I’m glad to see it! Not sure of the popularity of each member, but I know every time I stop by a kpop store, the only member versions that are available are Leeseo’s, so hopefully this helps change that trend.
Overall, it’s decent. I think I may have set my expectations too high after hearing I DO, but I overall felt like I liked each song less and less as I went along.
Flip It was definitely the most jarring, I didn’t expect a full rap song - I feel like Soyeon is a great rapper, but the rest of the group leaves a bit to be desired. I’m wondering if this is because it’s the first time I’ve ever understood the lyrics (since they’re in English). Outside of the rapping, Miyeon’s pre-chorus was very nice!
Love the music video. I like the artistic direction that I Do, and I Want That have. Girls fit the song perfectly. Chorus seems to be polarizing, but I like it!
Agreed that bullet wound was definitely toned down - I’d imagine having an actual realistic depiction would be a bit too much for people wanting to just watch a music video though lol.

Saw her perform this live. The silhouette effect that she did during the chorus was really cool, I hope that they do the same thing in the video. Song didn’t stand out too much for me, but I have a feeling this is one of those songs that take a few times before it settles in.

I’m going to break the rules, but in good conscience, I can’t have just one. So I have three that share the gauntlet: Yoohyeon from Dreamcatcher, Sana from Twice, and Yuqi from (G)I-DLE.
Dreamcatcher is my favorite group, and Yoohyeon was a big reason why. She speaks English EXTREMELY well, and that fact really helped me with bridging the gap between k-pop and where I live. She also seems very personable, she always stood out to me during variety. On top of all of that, I’ve seen her perform live and her stage presence and vocals are off the charts!
Sana just has the most contagious personality I’ve ever seen. Her bubbly personality is infectious, and I can’t help but smile at her antics. I definitely watch clips of her whenever I’m having a bad day, just so things don’t seem so dreadful that day.
Yuqi is similar in Sana in that they have extremely fun personalities - except Yuqi is more chaotic. I’m definitely envious of how unafraid Yuqi is, she’s always willing to put herself in situations where normal people would be awkward. She embraces chaos, and that always allows for good content.
On top of all that, all three of them have visuals that blow me away.

Wow, this is a departure of their bombastic pop sound that was in their last two comebacks. I’m not captured by the song on first listen, but I like the styling and creative direction that the MV took!

Their first album is AOTY for me, so to say I’m excited for this comeback would be an understatement.
Wow - I really had low expectations for this (never was a big fan of Loona), but wow this blew me away. I don’t know whether it’s because each member has more screen time now, but their visuals blew me away. The song is so catchy too! The chorus is great, it reminds me of Fearless from LE SSERAFIM. I’m now excited to see what else they come up with going forward!

Loved this. Just like a lot of people, this was my favorite b-side from the album. Glad SuA put together a really nice choreography on this. I like the hand movement part when they sing the chorus (not a dancer, y’all know what I mean lol)
I went to a TWICE concert, and I was surprised that the member that I thought had the best performance was Jihyo. Nothing against her, I just went into the concert expecting Momo to dazzle me the most. The thing was that Jihyo danced with so much energy, she clearly stood out the most. Good to see that she is consistent with that level of performance. Loved this, rewatched a few times.
