Title says it all! I am healthier than I’ve been in 20 years. I sleep well, I wake early. I get shit done. I miss the party. But, not the hangovers. And, with all that beer money I have bought myself a whole bunch of fancy new music gear!
Stay strong. Alcohol is garbage.
