      Exactly! I always tell people this. I think a good gym is one of the most accepting and supportive places simply because every one of those huge muscular people started from the same place. Everyone understands the effort that needs to go into it and loves to see folks putting in that effort!

    When you think about it, the difference between curling 5 lbs and 40 lbs is only 35 lbs.
