By this I mean: something that can view and fully interact with multiple different services like Lemmy, Mastodon, etc.

Yes, but there wouldn’t be that much of an advantage in doing so for the developer.
Lemmy, mastodon, and matrix use different protocols.
The UI will need to be different for them anyways, and maintaining multiple protocols is more work.
It’ll be hard to make the them work will together, and it would probably feel like multiple apps duct taped together.
