This print had superthin layers and i don’t sanded him to keep the texture. Usually i use some car primer spray and smooth it with sandpaper( first dry then some wet sandpaper) once you’re happy with results, some black opaque spray (never overdue wih he spray color).

This time I used a very light spray of car primer (just enough to help the color grip ) then airbrushed the whole model with acrylic black first and then red.

I use Vallejo color and i airbrush some opaque Mecha Varnish after the base color. ( I brush extra varnish on the lucid parts, like the eyes)
