Not yet. If what happens to Cuba happens to DPRK
The Trump-Rubio regime is lifting restrictions and will restore funds to the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) towards foreign interference in countries such as Cuba, Venezuela, Iran, China, and Russia. Miami fascist Marco Rubio has managed to seize multiple high-level power seats in record time.
The U.S. regime is concentrating authority under one of the world’s leading anti-communists. His spox says “he’s saving Americans money, as a matter of fact, by doing multiple jobs.”
While Gutting USAID, Marco Rubio Quietly Saved Cuban Regime Change Programs
The longtime anti-communist saw programs that support overthrowing the Cuban government restored after they were initially cut off.

But a review of USAID programs shows that, while following the DOGE playbook in public, the secretary of state has quietly safeguarded Cuban regime change programs aligned with the island’s exile base that has long powered his rise.
One of these programs is the anti-communist publication CubaNet, based out of Miami, which saw its nearly $2 million grant cut, then restored. “Our goal has always been to counteract the propaganda of the Castro regime. Without this funding, the government in Havana will have greater freedom to intensify its propaganda and repression,” the news site’s director Roberto Hechavarría Pilia said before the cash was turned back on.:::

Yeah I just posted this because I haven’t put anything out there which rips into the DPRK propaganda network (or the wider fascist/anticommunist international, which is really fun to talk about). I remember seeing that and going “that figures” as the NWO Turner Diaries mythos of the white nationalists centers around George Soros and a particular kind of human rights aesthetic. Whatever branding or messaging they use is disposable. The psyops aren’t going anywhere. What they could be phasing out hasn’t even been fully understood by most of the left yet, who remain integrated with much of the US nonprofit activist journalism scene.
I’ll try to post more about the continuity of these operations between administrations, rather than just new coats of paint. Also Covert Action isn’t an amazing source either, but I’ll save that for another day.
