Assuming neither Redbull driver finishes, who is the most likely driver to win a race? Alonso seems like the obvious choice, but with Mercedes looking strong, who knows?

What would happen if Stroll recovers and wins before Alonso? What sort of meltdown are we looking at?

Looking at the cars that stand a chance (more or less) I think any Aston Martin, Ferrari or Mercedes driver has a change of winning a race. For the rest it basically needs some freak event to deliver another winner.

Either Hamilton or Russell imo. Hungary and Brazil seem the most likely for an upset

I’d probably say the three most likely are Alonso, Hamilton and Leclerc. But will probably need a good/bad luck contribution from the weather or Red Bull.

My money is on Alonso or Hamilton. Russell has been great but as the Merc improves and Hamilton gets a better feel on the car it’ll be no contest. Champions be championing.

Obvious one for me is Alonso. But I favor an odball win this season, say Gasly or Yuki (omg pls) it tends to happen every season. So why not

Seeing Lando win a race this year would be hilarious, he’d be as surprised as all of us.

It’s good to see someone else think the idea is hilarious. Don’t get me wrong…. Seeing McLaren winning races would be awesome as a fan too.
