I work with autistic and adhd people as an audhd. It’s definitely a strenght, especially when it comes to communication. Much less misunderstandings and far better outcomes as a result.

I went to the interview today and i dont know if i can put on the whole ckapping and going yaaaaay for the real young’ns. I’ll try tho because 20 hrs with benefits is great because when i try to work 40 i turn into an orb

If it isn’s some policy that you have to do, I’d say be yourself with the kids and just skip the clapping and yaaaay as neurotypical nonsense. Probably will be received better by those that matter the most, the kids.
