Friends of the pod is deeply cursed, they even occasionally get in beef with eachother (for example pointing out that one of the hosts of their pod went on Survivor during, they insist, the most important political campaign of their lives)
Sometimes the podjons and the guests can be too centrist even for them, it’s always fun to see their hairsbreadth left of centre critiques
Maybe my favorite example of what you’re talking about was after the first debate - podjons were visibly shaken by his performance and were floating replacing him, and the subreddit and most of the lib media world absolutely lost it.
That was my favorite day of this campaign (so far)
