When you talk about doing something with “No apologies for the terror,” if you don’t preface your statement, they all of a sudden have reasons for not having any terror. And like the typical lib, it falls on us to patiently educate whitey instead of whitey changing their view. Or at the very least, not doing genocide.

It was honestly infuriating. And they were so focused on the actual act of casting a vote, which I said I personally don’t give a shit about and wasn’t the point. The initial comment was about USian libs’ selfishness, even in the face of a literal genocide, being unforgivable. Libs can’t be assed to care and, moreover, so many libs support it. There are so many fucking libs who are full, frothing members of Zionist-SS Division and think Palestinians are all terrorists beheading and SA’ing Zionist babies who deserve cleansing. Sure, there are some libs who are simply resigned to the genocide, and frankly fuck them too, but there are many who want it.
But as always we’re supposed to be patient with lib bloodlust right now during a genocide because in the past at some point in time some of us were also confused, ignorant libs? What a dumbass take. I wonder how many Palestinians being genocided would agree with this nuanced analysis of patience towards those who demand their brutal death and the death of their families and children.

There’s liberal naivety and then there’s “making up stories about beheading children so you have a reason to carry out ethnic cleansing of your neighbors.” People might go through the former. You don’t go through a nazi phase and then earn my trust just because you changed to what millions of people already knew.
It’s like that argument “Well, back in those days slavery was acceptable, so you can’t judge people,” which completely ignores the fact slaves knew it was wrong. There were non-slaves who knew it was wrong and argued for its abolition. The same thing has been true for stuff like homophobia, sexism, carnism, etc.
They completely told on themselves. I don’t even believe them anymore when they say they were a ‘Communist for a long time’. They are still a lib in their heart. Recovering, at best.
I absolutely agree with you, exactly. I feel like they were conflating past liberal naivety like voting for Obama to get good healthcare with currently being in favour of a Nazistic genocide. Zionism is an extension of the Nazi project. I’m not going to forgive and forget with people who demanded the Holocaust and joined in on killing Jews in Europe and turning in their neighbors just because the Soviets destroyed the Nazis and now everyone has to feign innocence like they never did what they did. Anyone arguing otherwise is defending and apologizing for Nazis guilty of the Holocaust. But, suddenly now, in the present day, the situation is complex because there are a lot of supporters of the contemporary Nazi project and some people who used to support them recently changed their minds after they saw the Zio-Nazis do what they have said they would do for almost a century. No, I’m not willing to compromise and forgive Nazis just because there are a lot of them and some of them were deceived or propagandized into supporting their crimes. Stalin’s biggest mistake was stopping at Berlin and we should never forget that. The entire world still needs to be de-Nazified. No forgiveness. Don’t like that because it hits close to home?
Exactly. It’s like they don’t even realize how they are just repeating the same argument that was used throughout history by people to apologize for themselves committing these crimes. None of this shit is forgivable and there were always people who knew, especially the victims, that it was fucking wrong. I’m not going to forgive some fucking supporter of slavery because ‘they were a product of their time’ or some such bullshit platitude. Get right the fuck out with that shit. I am now quite certain that the crimes of this guilty land will never be purged away, but with blood.
