Hey remember when Microsoft walked back making the XBox One digital only because of backlash and now console companies are making digital only versions on their consoles anyway? Yeah.
As much as treatbrained smuglords may say otherwise, it isn’t “nostalgia” that keeps me focused on older games. It’s that I still fucking own them and they don’t disappear when a suit decides they do.
Also a lot of modern games are way, way, way, too overmonetized and often have sloppy and lazy design choices that make the older games better.
