    Love being in the burbs with a tiny yard and parks only in driving distance. My kids are going insane when I can’t get them out of the home. At least the drive is short when I can take them. I may need to take up that neighbor on her offer to let them swim at her pool…

      The park within walking distance from my house has been closed indefinitely since the soil is contaminated with lead. I highly doubt my city will fix it anytime soon, either.

      That’s easily the worst part about most suburbs. Never thought I’d end up in one myself. We have a couple in our neighborhood but they’re pretty small.
