Executives should ALWAYS be held personally liable. They’re the people choosing to break the law, and they’re forcing powerless people to enact their illegal enterprises. The punishments should always include mandatory jail time. Do that and watch compliance hit 100% overnight.

How could they confirm this?
Any client of that company can just check if Dutch citizens are in the database. Even Dutch police has been a client so I’m sure the AP has the right connections to find out.
