This is all Musk’s fault, and he is attempting to remove a conservative judge that was installed in the Supreme Court by an US puppet after the 2016 coup. If they remove Alexandre de Moraes it will give Lula the chance to put another leftist judge in the court, probably making the court with 4 leftist judges, 2 liberals, 2 conservatives and 1 far-right (who is too much of a coward to vote against the others).
