I really wish I could. It was unfortunately a magazine excerpt that was screenshotted from the early days of 's hype wave, which means a text search using even the words I remembered came up empty.
Thanks for looking. Maybe it will reemerge someday. As a consolation prize, I found an old New Yorker article about a proposed climate change museum:
