Two community organizers were unjustly arrested for voicing their solidarity with the Palestinian people during Houston’s “New Faces of Pride” event downtown. Our comrades suffered the brutal physical force of the rabid HPD officers who have become increasingly antagonistic as the Palestine solidarity movement has grown. Immediately after the arrests, the community mobilized at the Harris County Joint Processing Center to demand their release.
