Pyongyang, Mar 10 (Prensa Latina) More than 110 bombs, shells, mines, grenades and other explosives of U.S. manufacture have been discovered since the beginning of the construction of houses in the region of Hwasong, it was revealed.

According to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) Security Directorate, its troops in Pyongyang city managed to find and remove all the devices without incident.

During the Korean War (1950-1953), the U.S. Army dropped more than 428,000 bombs on Pyongyang and other cities on more than 1,400 occasions and as a result many of these explosives are still buried throughout the country without exploding.
