This is Divergent-tier worldbuilding. Every region has one trait and once you know that trait you know just about everything there is to know about that place. The Harry Potter houses have more creativity than this.
Edit: Also I don’t know if there’s a word for it but “Neo Phoenix” is kinda like saying “irregardless”. If something is named after the phoenix, it’s already implied that it is the new version of something that existed previously. “Neo Phoenix” sounds weirdly redundant.
Fuck, even in Divergent the twist was that the divides really were completely artificial and arbitrary with the villain’s eugenics shit being complete delusion…
