Putin on the conditions for peace negotiations put forward by Kiev: “If negotiations are linked to the withdrawal of our troops, then, apparently, this will never happen. Because the Kiev regime does not want to leave power and does not want to hold normal elections in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine. That is, they will forever delay the ceasefire and they are interested in our troops remaining in these territories, because they are not interested in holding elections.”
