It’s kinda funny how little of an actual point this video makes… not that you can really make a well reasoned argument in a 60-second Short, but this one’s so focused on memeing that it doesn’t really end up saying much at all
Also a really weird thing to see posted on a communist site with this guy’s weird Star Spangled Banner gimmick (and casual ableism lol), not really sure what SBMM has to do with capitalism either (I’ve seen some people connect certain designs to it, but this short makes no such argument), this video really just comes across as complaining that he can’t endlessly stomp people worse than him
SBMM by itself isn’t really about capitalism vs socialism, but how it works is definitely seen in this lens since any matchmaking we have in modern games is about maximizing playtime rather than giving a fair and/or fun match. Most of the valid complaints regarding it is caused by this, wether gamers see it or not (they don’t).

Matchmaking nowadays is for maximizing playtime as opposed to skill based and more money for the corporate degenerates. There’s a reason games back in the day are so good.
