Also be careful if you pick her up, I think those are poison glands on her neck
Pretty sure that’s just a regular American toad. As long as you wash your hands after gently picking it up you should be fine. Also do not place the toad directly in your mouth.

Yea they like too pee on you too, I never pick them up for that reason
