It makes sense to increase the expectations on cyclists to actually act and have the same responsibilities as traffic too, rather than a weird hybrid. All of this is in lieu of just creating decent cycle infrastructure, which the UK is no longer capable of doing since it’s a developing nation larping as an imperial power.
