    thanks! this time I used a 7 spice mix, salt, wild mountain cumin and dill. 7 spice is a mix I got is Allspice, black pepper, coriander, clove, cumin and nutmeg - it is a mix by Sadaf

      Ooh nice! I like spicy so I’d probably have some fresh ground chilis on the side. But this looks great
