Right now I’ve only tested Cherry MX switches, I wanna build a new keyboard and I’m wondering what are your fav switches :)

    The BOX Jades by kailh have been my favorites for a long time, but most people hated me for using them. At some point I went out to find new favorite ones. Right now the Boba U4T have the best sound profile / typing feeling for me. I’d like to try the Anubis, but it seems hard to get them. Also some frankensteined Bobas would be interesting.

    I’m really liking my Kailh Choc Purpz I got on my new board. The Choc White is also pretty nice, but I’ve only tested that one.

    Favorites are Matias clicks, which feel great and are disgustingly loud. Downside is very limited keycap options, but I like the blank black caps, so not a big deal for me.

    Second favorite are Kalih BOX Jades. Wish they had the same solid clunking as the Matias, but they seem to be about the best you can get in a MX footprint; they displaced Gateron Blues as my favorite MX switch. The Choc jades are also pretty good.
