    My unironic lifeprotip for these:

    Make 1 of them very technical, pick a book you want to read maybe a certificate course your company could pay for.

    Make 1 of them still technical, but a random line from your job description. Again main source could be a book. Pick a random thing about the tool you want to get better at. Pick a random project you’re on and say “I will apply it to this project”.

    Make 1 of them a soft skill. If your company offers some dumb option HR online course about communication do that because it’s literally clicking next a bunch of times. Say you’ll apply soft skill in X project by being more active in meetings/contributing by suggesting priorities/whatever the hell.

    Idk how optimal this is for global career optimization, but generally it’ll keep technical managers happy lol
