True, but, I mean, the Chinese break the blockade against the DPRK all the time; I could definitely see them doing this (basically, looking the other way, essentially).
I guess it would explain a bit better the statement some Chinese official made (and was posted somewhere around hexbear a few weeks? ago) about China supporting the “Two State Solution”.
