Maybe it’s just me, but apparently I’m a “slow” eater. I know my meds suppress my apatite but I still feel like I eat a normal pace.

Anyone else?

I’m the opposite, I eat absurdly fast. In those hotdog eating competitions that happened at the state fair, I was able to casually beat most people there.

I am literally just Dale Gribble

Dangit Dale! Lol. Off medication I’d eat myself dead, but on medication I have no urge to snack.

Yeah, stimulants kill appetite pretty hard, I’m not surprised. Adderall and Ephedrine are the classic weight loss solutions for a reason, also makes you sweat more.

Just make sure you drink tons of extra water to make up for it. A person with a normal diet and no medication can get away with not drinking anything, they’re getting their essential hydration from food. You’re putting out way more water from sweating, and you’re not getting as much water from food.

And if you really want something to cancel out some stimulant side effects like appetite, taking magnesium can make quite a big difference.
