DC metro resident here. Yeah the city actually has a lot of culture. It’s one of the biggest cities in the US punk scene outside of NYC, also a big city for Hip Hop. Also has more colleges than you can shake a stick at which attracts a lot of progressives and artists.
Also filled with ghouls. You run into them sometimes at craft breweries and stuff. Most are just big ass nerd. Kinda sucks if you’re a leftist into like D&D or something cuz if you join a group chances are they’ll be some guy who makes spy software for the NSA in it, probably the DM.
