Does anyone have good resources on fitness health during transition? Specifically concerning changes in fat distribution.

As far as I can tell there hasn’t been much research into what health diet and exercise should look like (especially considering the huge amount of different circumstances and goals for anyone undergoing trans-HRT), and there’s a lot of guesswork online from people without a basis in physiology.

I guess it should be expected given how much of a cluster-fuck health science is around nutrition and exercise normally, but geez.
